FORYSTEK & PARTNERZY has been on the market since 1997, initially originating from the law firm of Józef Forystek. It was established as a result of the partners’ experience relating to the provision of legal services, first in foreign law firms (Dewey Ballantine), and subsequently in the firm of attorneys-at-law and solicitors (Forystek Góralczyk Rychlicki and Forystek Góralczyk Rychlicki Budzowska Fiutowski Jamorski). Since 2003 it has had a new set of partners.
We are convinced that, owing to our over 15-year experience, mainly in the provision of services to banks and large corporations (mostly listed companies) and running reprivatisation cases and the staff potential comprising over 30 lawyers, we are able to provide our clients with a full range of fast and efficient services, also including tax-related issues.
We have offices in Warsaw and Kraków. We cover the whole of Poland. We have co-operated with foreign law offices, among others, those in: the United States, Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, and Hungary. The law firm is prepared to provide legal services in English and German.
While carrying out capital market projects we co-operate on a permanent basis with a group of top class professionals who specialise in finance, banking, taxes, and public/investor relations, which allows the reduction of possible risks underlying the project and maximally intensifying work. It also ensures that the client will receive a comprehensive service from the concept through to its full implementation.
For years we have been ranked in the top positions in many league tables of the largest law firms, which have been prepared in Poland (the Rzeczpospolita daily, the Book of Lists, the Gazeta Prawna daily, the Home & Market monthly, and Monitor Prawniczy) and abroad (Legal 500 and Legal 1000).
