Born in 1977. Studied law at the Catholic University of Lublin. In 2001 he defended his master's dissertation entitled \"Convening shareholders' meetings in a limited liability company\u201d, written under the supervision of Prof. Andrzej Szajkowski. Also at the Catholic University of Lublin he additionally completed administration studies specialising in finance and economy. In 2006 he was entered onto the list of trainees solicitors of the District Chamber of Solicitors (OIRP) in Warsaw. In 2010 after passing the exam he was entered onto the list of the District Chamber of Legal Solicitors (OIRP) in Warsaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the years 2001-2003 he was employed in Forystek G\u00f3ralczyk Rychlicki Budzowska Fiutowski Jamorski Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Partnerska as a lawyer where he gained practical experience in civil, banking and administration law, in their broadest sense. Since January 2004 he has been employed at FORYSTEK & PARTNERZY.\nHe specialises in civil law with a special focus on contract and security law, bankruptcy and composition law, and also in labour and real estate property law.
