Born in 1973. Studied law at University of Silesia in Katowice and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin. He defended his master's dissertation written under the supervision of Prof. Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski in 1998, receiving a very good grade. He completed legal studies with a very good grade, too. In 1999 he was entered onto the list of barrister trainees of the District Bar Association (ORA) in Kraków. In 2003 he passed the bar exam with a very good grade, being second best. He was entered onto the list of barristers in 2003, and in 1997 onto the list of chartered tax advisors. He has been with the Law Firm since the beginning of his legal career, in the years 1997-2000 he was an employee at FORYSTEK GÓRALCZYK RYCHLICKI - Spółka Adwokacka, and between 2000 and 2003 in the law firm FORYSTEK GÓRALCZYK RYCHLICKI BUDZOWSKA FIUTOWSKI JAMORSKI - Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni.
Since 2003 he has been a Managing Partner and founder of the partnership FORYSTEK & PARTNERZY. Since 1997 he has been permanently representing banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in numerous negotiations and in court and arbitration proceedings. He has authored many opinions on banking, company, and tax law. He specialises in banking law in its broadest sense, personal data protection law, database protection law, consumer law, electronic payment instrument law, and also bankruptcy and composition law, real property law, and primarily in computer and economic law in its broadest sense. He also specialises in criminal law with a special focus on bank and economic criminal offences.Longtime Disciplinary Court Judge ORA in Krakow, and currently the Higher Disciplinary Court Judge.
