Born in 1994. He graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice with a very good grade, defending his master’s thesis entitled „Proceedings in cases under private indictment”.
During legal studies, he gained experience in the Law Firm of dr Arkadiusz Ludwiczek, the Law Firm of Economic Law, Copyright and Industrial Property of attorney-at-law Agnieszka Suskiewicz, the JWP Legal Law Firm and in affiliated in the international BDO group – BDO Legal Łatała i Wspólnicy.
He has been co-operating with FORYSTEK & PARTNERZY Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni since 2017. In the FORYSTEK & PARTNERZY Law Firm he mainly handles cases relating to civil and commercial law in their broadest sense, including in particular ongoing support for commercial companies (also directly at the company’s registered office), commercial contracts, compliance management and court litigation.
During the legal service of leading entities in the IT industry, he gained experience in the field of customer protection law, personal data protection, new technologies, on-line marketing and e-commerce.
Autor publikacji z zakresu Prawa IT oraz ochrony danych osobowych.
Członek Stowarzyszenia Praktyków Ochrony Danych (SPOD). Certyfikowany audytor wewnętrzny ISO/IEC 27001. W 2022 roku wpisany na listę radców prawnych Okręgowej Izby Radców Prawnych w Krakowie i wykonujący zawód radcy prawnego.
