We represent our clients in all other reprivatisation cases, including those involving nationalisation of health resorts, hotels, pharmacies, enterprises taken over under state receivership or real estate properties nationalised after WWII by other means.

We especially focus on cases concerning the assets of the Holocaust victims. In these extremely complex cases we represent dozens of Jewish people who currently reside in Israel, the US, Canada, RSA, and Western Europe. This particularly concerns real estate properties located in Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, Rzeszów, Przemyśl, and many other towns in which the pre-WWII Jewish communities lived. If necessary, we represent clients in cases to confirm Polish citizenship, and also in disputes before the Minister of Finance concerning the so-called indemnity agreements based on which some foreigners from the US, Canada, the UK, Austria, France, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway received compensation for their assets lost in Poland.

We represent our clients in cases held before administration authorities and also civil and administrative courts (WSA and NSA) and before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
