We run administration proceedings and court-and-administration proceedings concerning the return of expropriate real estate properties seeking to first obtain return real properties in kind that were not used in accordance with the purpose of expropriation or take-over.

We also handle claims under unlawful expropriation, and also the issue of related settlements. We represent our clients in supervision cases to establish the invalidity of expropriation rulings (decisions) both before administration authorities and administration courts (WSA and NSA).
